Frank Spencer

Parish Associate for Worship and Care

Frank Spencer and his family have longstanding ties to Selwyn Avenue Presbyterian Church; prior to his ordination in 2015, Frank was a member of SAPC, where his wife, Melanie, remains a member.

Frank recently retired as President and CEO of the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), following a career in real estate and leadership with Habitat for Humanity Charlotte.

A graduate of UNC–Chapel Hill, Harvard Business School, and Union Presbyterian Seminary, Frank will serve as Parish Associate on the Quail campus, focusing on worship and pastoral care while also offering his expertise to the North Star Task Force.
